Asus Zenfone Max M2, Zenfone Max Pro M2 launched
- Asus has launched the much anticipated Zenfone Max Pro M2 along with the more budget oriented Zenfone Max M2 in India.
- Both these phones rock a 6.25-inch notched display, but the regular M2 has HD+ resolution as compared to FHD+ of the Pro M2. Then, the former is powered by a Snapdragon 632 SoC, while the latter packs a more powerful Snapdragon 660.
- Coming to cameras, the Zenfone Max Pro M2 has three sensors. The rear setup consists of dual 12MP (f/1.8) + 5MP (f/2.4) sensors, while up front there is a 13MP f/2.0 unit for selfies which also comes with a dedicated flash.
- The regular Zenfone Max M2 has a 13MP primary rear camera mated to a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera here is an 8MP module with an aperture of f/2.0.
- The Zenfone Max M2 Pro carries over its predecessor’s biggest plus point, which is its gigantic 5,000mAh battery. The other model also comes with a big 4,000mAh unit. None of the phones has support for fast charging, though.
